7. After squeezing the last meatball, use a spoon to skim off the foam in the pot, add the sliced ​​mushrooms, and turn to high heat to boil.

8. Add the soaked vermicelli, salt and pepper for seasoning, cook for another 3 minutes and then turn off the heat.

9. After turning off the heat, sprinkle in chopped green onions and cilantro, then add chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well.
