1. Add salt, cornstarch, pepper and oil to the minced beef and marinate for 15 minutes

Add appropriate amount of water, simmer on low heat for three minutes, then turn on high heat, add salt and chicken essence to season, reduce the juice slightly, and leave some juice to mix with noodles. (The reason for seasoning with salt here is because you want to mix the noodles, so the taste should be a little stronger than usual when cooking. If your taste is very light, you don’t need to do this step)
