How to make squid and chive noodles

1. Add an egg to the noodles

3. Set the dough aside and let it rest for about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the hardness of the dough.

8. Soften the light on the dough

9. Roll the dough into thin skin

10. Fold the thin noodles and cut into thin noodles

11. Show off the cut noodles!

12. After the noodles are cooked, rinse with cold water and serve in a bowl

13. Add the prepared soup to the noodles and you can start eating
