How to make apple crisp

1.1 Cut the apples into very thin slices (as thin as possible)

2.2 Wash the apples, cut into 4 pieces, remove the core (no need to peel)

3. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to 250 grams of water and mix well. Soak the sliced ​​apples in the water for 15 minutes.

4. Arrange the apple slices neatly on a baking sheet or baking rack. (If using a baking tray, cover it with a layer of oilcloth or thick wax paper to prevent sticking). Generally, the slices cut from one apple can fill at least 2 baking trays.

5. Preheat the oven to 100°C, place the baking tray or baking net into the oven. You can put two trays in at a time and place them on different levels. Close the oven door and bake for about 2 hours, until the moisture in the apple slices is completely dried (the oven model used in this recipe is Changdi CKF-25BSN)

6. After baking and cooling, the apple slices will become crispy. Remove them from the baking tray or grill. If you do not eat them immediately, please store them in a sealed box.
