How to make rice dumplings

Everyone likes to eat home-cooked meals. Simple food can bring us a feeling of happiness. Rice dumplings are a very healthy and nutritious recipe. Many people love this dish. The method is also very simple. You need to prepare potatoes, and they must be fresh potatoes without sprouts, which will taste better.

1. Prepare the ingredients: pork belly, dried tofu, onion, ginger, and green onion. Put the rice noodles in a bowl and set aside.

2. Do not add oil to a hot pan

3. Pour in dry rice noodles (add appropriate amount of salt) and stir-fry continuously.

4. Stir-fry until it starts to change color and becomes granular, then add cold water.

5. Use chopsticks to keep adding water and stirring until it becomes a paste as shown in the picture.

6. Put it into a container and set aside. It will be ready after it cools down slightly in about 15 minutes.

7. Wash the pot, add the diced pork belly and cooking wine into the hot pot and fry until golden brown.

8. Pour in the diced tofu and continue frying

9. Stir-fry the dried tofu until golden brown, add salt, minced ginger, diced onion, chopped green onion, thirteen spices, and MSG. Stir well.

10. Store in container for later use

11. The rice flour paste is almost cold. Wash your hands and apply some flour on them. Pinch a ball of rice flour paste, shape it into a nest, and put in the prepared filling.

12. Pinch it into a dumpling shape just like making dumplings

13. Wrap them one by one

14. Pour half of the oil into the hot pan

15. When the oil is 80% hot, fry the dumplings.

16. Fry until golden brown.

17. Take it out and put it on a plate

18. Serve it on the table and you can eat it. Can you smell the fragrance?
