What are the methods of making green pepper stuffed buns

We often eat steamed buns, and the fillings of steamed buns are actually varied. You can make them according to your own taste. Steamed buns with green pepper filling are vegetarian fillings, and of course they are also delicious if paired with some braised meat.

Method 1:

1. Add yeast to flour and mix well. Slowly pour warm water into the flour and stir until it becomes cotton-like. Knead into dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

2. Put the marinated meat cubes into a container and set aside.

3. Cut the cucumber and green pepper into shreds and put them into a large bowl for later use.

4. Add fine salt to the cucumber and green pepper and marinate for a while.

5. Squeeze the water from the cucumber and green pepper and put them into the bowl with the marinated meat.

6. Add chopped green onion, ginger, salt, five-spice powder and MSG and mix well.

7. Put the proofed dough on the chopping board, roll it into long strips, cut into pieces, and roll out the dough.

8. Start making dumplings.

9. Put the wrapped buns into the steamer.

10. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes, then remove from the pot, place on a plate and serve.

Method 2:

1. Add green pepper, eggs and a little dried shrimp.

2. Chives, shrimp meat and eggs

3. Blanched radish and chopped frozen tofu

4. Add more cabbage vermicelli. As long as the vegetables are matched well, they can be made into stuffing, which is also more nutritious. If you want the dough for dumplings or buns to rise, just add some baking powder and it will rise in ten minutes.
