1.Mix the three kinds of flour together, then add a little salt and mix well.

2. Then use warm water to knead the dough.

4. Cover with a wet towel and let it relax for 10 minutes.

5. Prepare the seasoning; add a little salt to the sesame paste and dilute it with cold water.

6. After sesame paste is diluted, set aside.

7. Put the relaxed dough into the mold.

8. Adjust the screw of the mold by hand and tighten the cover.

9. Bring the water to a boil in the pot, then rotate the screw by hand to squeeze the noodles into the pot in one go. It is best not to break the noodles in the middle. After the noodles are shaped, stir them gently with chopsticks.

10. Bring the water to a boil again and let the noodles float to the surface. Cook for another minute before removing them from the water.

11. After taking it out, you can rinse it with water or not. When eating, pour sesame paste, three-in-one oil, and chili and pepper mixed oil on it, then put it on top and mix it. The simple and quick "pressed noodles" are ready.
