How to make Korean sweet and spicy fried chicken

Korean sweet and spicy fried chicken is quick and easy to make. Before serving, squeeze in lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

1. Wash and drain the chicken wings, cut them into pieces, sprinkle with ginger, salt and pepper and marinate for ten minutes

2. Mix starch and fried chicken powder, and coat the chicken wings with the powder.

3. Heat the oil to frying temperature, fry on medium heat for 12 minutes, then remove from the oil and cool

4. Sprinkle some pepper and salt, fry again on medium-low heat for 15 minutes and remove

5. Remove the seeds from the dried chili peppers and cut them into sections. Stir-fry them in a pan with minced garlic.

6. Add soy sauce, syrup (honey), vinegar, stir-fry over medium heat until fully mixed, add a small spoonful of brown sugar

7. Add the chicken wings and stir-fry evenly. You can turn off the heat to prevent sticking to the bottom.

8. Serve after serving

9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and done!
