Tomato stewed pork ribs are popular among many people because of their good taste and high nutritional value. Of course, there are many ways to make tomato stewed pork ribs. Tomato stewed pork ribs made with different methods are all delicious. Here are three ways to cook tomato stewed pork ribs!

1. Method 1

Ingredients: 12 taels of small ribs, 2 tomatoes, 1 can of canned spicy meat sauce, a little dried fish, 1/2 pound of clams, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, a little pepper, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, and appropriate amount of salt.

Production:

(1) Marinate the ribs for 3-5 minutes, then deep-fry until golden brown. Dice tomatoes.

(2) Place tomatoes, dried fish, clams and pork ribs in the inner pot, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then continue to cook for 3 minutes. Then move to the outer pot and simmer for 1 hour.

(3) Add 1 can of meat sauce and a little salt to taste before eating.

2. Method 2

Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 600 grams of pork ribs, 1/4 cabbage, 2 corianders. Seasoning: 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons starch sauce.

Production:

1. Wash the spareribs, blanch them to remove the blood, then rinse them. Bring 10 cups of water to a boil and put the spareribs in to cook until soft.

2. Wash the cabbage, cut it into small pieces, put it into the ribs and cook together. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce and salt for seasoning.

3: When all the ingredients are cooked and soft, add the starch sauce to thicken. When the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat and serve. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.

3. Method 3

1. Put half a pot of water in it, cover it, wait for the water to boil, pour the cleaned ribs into the pot, and cover it.

2. After the water boils again, remove the lid and stir with a spoon to prevent the meat from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Then turn the heat to medium-low, add the ginger into the pot and add a pinch of salt.

3. After 20 minutes (be careful not to let the pot dry out. If there is no soup, add some water and extend the stewing time a little. Be flexible!) put in the tomatoes, add a little water and cover the pot.

4. After the tomatoes are cooked, use a spoon to mash the tomatoes in the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.

5. Now you can take out a piece of meat to check the cooking time. It should be about right. You should also add a little salt to the soup. Taste it and it’s just right.
