Thai seafood noodles recipe

1. Soak the pork bones in clean water for 30 minutes, changing the water 2-3 times.

3. Pick out the shrimp thread and cut off the shrimp claws, whiskers and legs.

5. Remove from the water and immediately cool in ice water for later use.

6. Heat a little oil in a pan on the fire, add onions and chili rings and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add enough water, add lemon, tomato and lemongrass, then simmer over low heat for 60 minutes.

9. Add appropriate amount of salt and balsamic vinegar to the soup.

10. Strain out the cooked soup and set aside.

11. Add enough soup to the pot, add hot sauce and bring to a boil.

12. Add the ramen noodles and stir, then add the seafood and cook until the ramen noodles are cooked.

13. Serve the soup noodles in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
