How to make fermented bean curd and multi-grain steamed buns

1.Mix the flour and oats and put them in a bowl.

2. Pour in appropriate amount of fermented bean curd (depending on your taste).

3. Dissolve baking powder in appropriate amount of warm water.

4. Pour the warm water containing yeast into the flour, then add warm water as appropriate and knead into dough.

5. Place in a warm place and wait for two or three hours for fermentation to complete.

6. After fermentation, expel the air and let it rest for 15 minutes.

7. Knead the dough into small bun-shaped pieces in several batches.

8. Put the dough into a steamer, put it in cold water and cook on high heat for 25 minutes.

9. Turn off the heat and simmer for three to five minutes, then you can uncover and eat.

10. Very chewy, with endless aftertaste~~~
