How to make vegetable juice pork ribs noodle soup

1. Soak the ribs in cold water to remove the blood

2. Wash and drain the ribs and fry them in oil until they change color.

3. Transfer the fried ribs into a casserole, add water and simmer over low heat until the ribs are tender.

4. Flour with vegetable juice, eggs and a little salt

5. Knead into dough. (Add a little water to the green vegetables and blend them into juice in a food processor. The ratio of flour to liquid is 10:4. If it is difficult to knead into a ball at once, let it rest for a while before kneading it again. This way the dough will be more chewy.)

6. Press into noodles using a noodle machine

7. Drain the stewed ribs, boil the sweet and sour sauce, then pour in the ribs and stir-fry evenly.

8. Bring the pork ribs soup to a boil again, add salt and a little soy sauce to season, add the noodles and cook until soft.

9. Add the green vegetables and turn off the heat after it boils.
