How to make milk cake

10. Add 25g of sugar and 2 drops of white vinegar to the egg white and stir quickly with an electric mixer.

11. When the egg whites are beaten into big bubbles, add 20g of white sugar and continue beating.

12. When the big bubbles become small and fine, add 20g of white sugar and beat.

13. Until a snow-white thick foam cream is formed. (The raw material expands to about three times the original material)

14. Add half of the whipped egg white foam into the egg yolk paste and stir quickly.

15. After stirring, add the remaining egg white foam and continue stirring.

16. Look, this is the mixed cake batter. (Be careful not to stir too hard or for too long, as this will cause defoaming)

17. Take out the stirring blade from the bread bucket, as it is not used for this function.

18. Pour the cake batter into the bread pan and wait for baking.

19. Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch, use the menu button to go to the "Bake" program, the display will show 1:00 of this program, select "Light Color" for the baking color, and press the menu "Start/End" button.

20. When baking is complete, a warning sound will sound. The program can be terminated by pressing the "Start/Stop" button for 2 seconds. Open the lid, put on heat-insulating gloves, turn the bread pan counterclockwise and take it out, and place the cake on a clean flat surface. There are some cake residues stuck on the bread barrel shaft. You can soak it in warm water and rinse it clean. (After baking, remember to unplug the machine)

21. Do not touch any moving or rotating parts of the machine while baking.
