How to make crystal spinach jelly

1. After washing the purchased pork skin, boil water in a pot, pour some white wine into it, then put the pork skin in and blanch it in boiling water for about 10 minutes.

2. Take out the pork skin and clean the white oil and pig hair on it.

3. Cut the processed pig skin into small strips and wash it again with water.

4. Pour the pork skin into a large bowl, add about 1.5 times the amount of water, and then add some peppercorns, ginger slices, green onions and cooking wine. Put it in the steamer and steam it for about 2 and a half hours after the water boils.

5. While steaming the pork skin, wash the spinach.

6. Blanch the spinach.

7. After the blanched spinach is not so hot, put on disposable gloves, squeeze out the water from the spinach, cut it into spinach pieces, add some salt and chicken essence and mix it.

8. Spread the spinach evenly on the bottom of the fresh-keeping box.

9. Steamed pork skin soup.

10. Filter the pork skin soup.

11. Pour some pork skin soup on the spinach and refrigerate until it is slightly solidified. It will take about an hour. You can check it at any time.

12. Pour the remaining soup over the spinach and refrigerate until completely solidified.

13. After the jelly is ready, use a knife to cut around it and pour it out. Cut it into pieces according to your preference and eat it with seasoning.

14. Pick up a piece and see if it is still relatively translucent!
