How to make black bean sauce beef buns

1. Main ingredients: beef filling, mushrooms, carrots. Accessories: fermented black beans, a spoonful of soybean paste, chopped green onions.

2. Flour for bun wrappers, soy milk, 2 grams of dry yeast

3. Use warm water at about 30℃ to dissolve the yeast powder and knead it with flour (a little water will do) and add soy milk.

4. Knead into a smooth dough.

5. Cover and ferment until it is 1.5 times larger

10. After wrapping the beef buns, put them into the steamer with the cover on for about 5-10 minutes, then turn on the heat and steam for 15 minutes.
