Halal cuisine is a large category of cuisine and is also one of the main cuisines in our country. For some people with ethnic and religious beliefs, halal food is basically their daily staple food. Halal cuisine, like other cuisines, also has different types, such as cold dishes, hot dishes, etc. Shredded radish mixed with shredded jellyfish, enoki mushroom mixed with cucumber, peanuts mixed with celery, and cold spinach salad, etc., are all halal cold dishes.

1. Shredded radish and shredded jellyfish

Ingredients: Main ingredient: 100 grams of jellyfish skin. Auxiliary ingredients: 150 grams of white radish and 20 grams of carrots. Seasoning: 10 grams of refined salt, 15 grams of MSG, and 10 grams of sesame oil.

1. After cutting the jellyfish skin, soak it in clean water to remove the saltiness, then blanch it in 80-degree hot water, remove it and cut it into shreds for later use.

2. Peel the white radish and carrot, cut into shreds, add fine salt and marinate for 15 minutes, then dilute with clean water and set aside.

3. Add salt, MSG and sesame oil to the shredded jellyfish and two kinds of shredded radish, mix well and serve.

2. Enoki mushroom and cucumber

1. Cut the cucumber into strips, blanch the golden needle mushrooms with water, and put them into a container.

2. Wash your hands and put on disposable plastic gloves. While mixing the vegetables, add all the seasonings until they are evenly mixed.

3. Finally, serve on a plate and garnish with coriander.

3. Peanuts and Celery

Ingredients: 300 grams of celery, 200 grams of peanuts, 250 grams of vegetable oil (actual consumption: 15 grams), 15 grams of pepper oil, 15 grams of soy sauce, 6 grams of refined salt, and 2 grams of MSG.

Production process:

1. Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add peanuts, fry until crispy, remove from the pan and peel off the peanut membrane.

2. Remove the roots and leaves of the celery, wash it, cut it into 3 cm long segments, put it into boiling water, blanch it, remove it, cool it with cold water, and control the moisture.

3. Arrange the celery in rings evenly on the edge of the plate, and then pile the peanut kernels in the celery rings.

4. Mix soy sauce, salt, MSG and pepper oil in a small bowl, pour it on the celery, and mix well when eating.

4. Cold spinach salad

1. Remove the roots of the spinach and wash it. Put a few drops of oil into a boiling pot of water. When bubbles appear in the water, put the spinach in and blanch it. When the spinach changes color slightly, remove it from the pot and drain the water for later use.

2. Wash and chop the red pepper, cut the ginger into shreds, and chop the garlic into small pieces.

3. Pour vegetable oil into a wok, add peppercorns when the oil is hot and stir-fry until fragrant, remove the peppercorns, add shredded ginger and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant into cooking oil.

4. Pour the fried oil on the spinach, add salt and mix well, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and mix well.
