Tip: If you don’t put enough glutinous rice flour, the cake will become soft and difficult to lift. You can add some flour in an appropriate amount, and it will taste good.

Small Pumpkin

Ingredients: pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, red bean paste, raisins, warm water. Method: 1. Microwave the pumpkin meat for 8 minutes until it is cooked, then mash the meat into a paste! 2. Knead the glutinous rice flour into the pumpkin flesh, add warm water gradually, and roll it into a ball. 3. Put the red bean paste filling into the kneaded pumpkin dough, roll them into small balls, flatten them a little bit, and then I use the handle of a spoon to press lines on them, and it will look like the shape of a pumpkin! Put a California Sunshine Girl raisin on top as a stem! 4. Put the ingredients neatly before putting them in the pot. 5. Steam for about 8 minutes and it’s done! The surface looks quite shiny!
