How to make Sufa cheesecake

So, here I will show you how to make Sufa cheesecake.

1. Beat the cheese until there are no particles, then add the egg yolks in batches, then add sugar and mix well

2. Add milk and salt in batches, sift in low flour and corn flour to get cheese batter.

3. Squeeze some lemon juice on the egg whites, add sugar and beat until wet and foamy, then mix with the cheese batter evenly but don’t stir until it becomes gluten-free.

4. Pour into a removable bottom baking pan with tin foil on the bottom, preheat the oven to 160 degrees, and bake for 45 minutes

5. Remove from the oven immediately after the time is up, turn it upside down and let it cool before removing it from the mold

6. Refrigerate for more than 4 hours. You can squeeze cream cheese and add some fruit when eating.
