1. Wash the thawed chicken breast and cut it in half.

2.1 Place the patty-cooked chicken in a clean container, add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of salt, pepper and chili powder and marinate for about 10 minutes.

3.2 Use the back of a knife to gently loosen the sliced ​​chicken breast. (Don't use too much force)

4.1 Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan and heat it up. Put the chicken fillets dipped in egg liquid into the pan and fry over medium heat.

5.2 Beat an egg, add 1 spoon of flour (or starch) and 1 teaspoon of water and stir into egg paste.

6. Cut the onion into shreds. (Soak the onion in water for a while before cutting it so that your eyes won’t be irritated)

7. Leave an appropriate amount of residual oil in the pan, put the onion in, add 1 spoon of tomato sauce, half a spoon of sugar, and half a spoon of dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

8. When the onion becomes soft, soup will flow out. Add the fried chicken fillet and stir-fry. When the soup becomes thick, remove from the pan immediately.
