How to make milky chestnut toast

1. Add sugar, yeast, salt, eggs, milk to flour and make dough.

2. Leave the butter at room temperature.

3. Add butter and knead until the gluten is fully expanded, then add sugar for 1 hour.

4. Let the dough rise to two and a half times its size.

5. Divide the risen dough into two portions and roll into balls. Relax for 15 minutes.

6. Roll into long sheets.

7. Add chestnut paste and raisins and spread evenly.

8. Roll up from one side.

9.Put it into the toast mold.

10. Fill the sugar to 80%.

11. Brush with egg wash.

12.Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

13. Remove from oven.

14. Let cool on a wire rack upside down and serve.

15. Cut into slices and enjoy.
