How to make nutritious rice

People often complain about being stressed, having irregular diets, and being in a sub-healthy state. In fact, when you are resting, you can learn to cook and reward yourself on weekends. Next, I will introduce nutritious rice. You must find time to make it yourself.

1. Put 500 grams of rice into the pressure cooker and rinse with water.

2. Gently stir the rice a few times with your hands and pour out the rice washing water. Rice contains vitamins and inorganic salts, which are particularly easy to dissolve in water. Therefore, do not wash the rice too many times. Generally, it is sufficient to wash it twice with clean water, and do not rub it hard. Wash rice with cold water, not hot water or running water

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to boil. Pour the boiled water into the washed rice

4. Add water until the rice is 2-3cm thick, just like steaming rice with cold water.

5. Use a small spoon to add half a spoon of aged vinegar. When steaming rice, add some vinegar at a ratio of 1 ml to 500 grams of rice. Especially in summer, rice is easy to go bad. Adding some vinegar can not only make the rice easier to store and prevent it from going bad, but also make the steamed rice softer and more fragrant.

6. Prepare for 20 minutes. Steam it for 30 minutes with cold water or 20 minutes with boiling water (the time can be adjusted according to the amount of rice you steam at home). After 20 minutes, the fragrant rice is ready.

Maybe you have eaten nutritious rice in a big hotel, and maybe you have also eaten it in a food stall. But I believe that since you know the recipe well, the taste of the food you make yourself will definitely be much better than those made in these places.
