Lemongrass Grilled Shrimp

We call people who like to eat "foodies". Of course, foodies are loyal to food. While enjoying eating, many foodies are also very interested in how food is made. Today, we will satisfy the demands of foodies and introduce to you the method of making lemongrass grilled shrimps.

1. Remove the shrimp thread and shrimp claws, clean them and soak them in clean water for later use.

2. In order to bring some fresh taste to the barbecued whole shrimp in summer, I chose the flavor of KOKU 100 Vanilla Lemon.

3. Pour the processed shrimp into a bowl slightly larger than one person and sprinkle with appropriate amount of KOKU 100 BBQ Seasoning. I didn't use the standard proportions, but just estimated it myself. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

4. Soak the bamboo skewers for barbecue in clean water in advance to prevent them from getting burnt during grilling.

5. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, matte side up.

6. Thread the marinated shrimps onto skewers and place them on a baking tray. Put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake it for about 10 minutes.
