There are many types of bowls. I use porcelain bowls, which take a little longer. If it is aluminum tableware, 15 to 20 minutes will be enough. (The water in the steamer must be boiled before adding the egg liquid. This is also the key to preventing honeycombs and the eggs from being not tender enough.) 7. After the steamed egg is cooked , open the plate, pour sesame oil, light soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onions, and it's done. Simple, right? 8.
