How to make Japanese-style Oyakodon

1. Remove the fascia from the chicken breast, wash it, cut it into small pieces, add ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, and pepper, mix well, and set aside to marinate for a while

2. Beat the eggs with some salt. You don’t need to beat them too much, just stir them slightly (I put three eggs, which is a little less. I think one chicken breast should be paired with four eggs)

3. Turn on the fire and pour a little oil. When the oil is hot, turn to medium-low heat. Pour in half of the egg liquid. When it is slightly cooked (the bottom is solidified, but the top is not yet solidified), add the marinated chicken (pick out the ginger slices in advance) and place the chicken on top of the eggs.

4. When the chicken is half cooked, pour the remaining egg liquid on the chicken, cover with a lid and cook for a while.

5. Put the rice in a bowl and put the boiled eggs and chicken on the rice
