How to make Hongyun Pai

1. Wash the ribs and cut into small pieces

2. Blanch the ribs, pick them up and rinse them with clean water and drain them

3. Put the blanched ribs into the pot

4. Take a piece of fermented bean curd, crush it and mix it with the fermented bean curd juice.

5. Add 20 grams of rock sugar and mix into sauce

6. Pour the sauce into the pot containing the ribs

7. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat

8. Turn to low heat and cook for 50 minutes until the soup becomes thick

9. Add 20 grams of rock sugar and continue to cook over low heat.

10. Stir while cooking to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Cook until the soup is almost dry.

11. Wash the broccoli, put water, salt and oil in the pot and boil it, then blanch the broccoli.

12. Place the blanched broccoli on a plate as shown, and then place the ribs in the middle of the broccoli.
