How to cook fish fillet with oyster sauce

1.Material map. (Fish, fermented soybeans, red pepper, onion, ginger and garlic)

2. Wash the fish and cut it into larger and even fillets with a slanting knife.

3. Put the fish fillets in a bowl, add scallion and ginger slices, add a little salt and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

4. Place a little fresh shredded ginger on the bottom of the plate, put the fish fillets in, and top with a little fresh shredded ginger and green onion segments.

5. Sprinkle some fermented black beans on the surface.

6. Put the fish into boiling water and steam over high heat for about 8 minutes until the fish fillets are cooked through. (Depending on the firepower)

7. After taking it out of the pot, remove the ginger and scallions on the surface, pour out the water in the plate, add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce to 1 tablespoon of steamed fish sauce, mix well, and pour it on the fish fillets.

8. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and red pepper, then heat oil in a pan. When the oil starts to smoke, pour it evenly on the fish fillets.
