1. Ingredients: beef. (I don’t know if this is beef brisket or beef fillet, I just used a small piece of beef)

2. Edamame and bean paste (use to clean out the refrigerator, as bean paste will expire soon). Cut the beef into small pieces, add soy sauce, black pepper, baking soda, and a small amount of water, and mix well. It will be very tender. I don't add cooking wine to the beef unless there is red wine. It's a bit too much to open the red wine for such a small amount of beef.

3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry until the beef changes color

4. Pour in edamame and continue stir-frying (the edamame has been blanched in boiling water)

5. Pour in the bean curd sauce

6. Add a small amount of hot water, turn on low heat, and stir constantly, otherwise I will not be responsible if it gets burnt.

7. Add the prepared cornstarch, pouring and shoveling at the same time

8. Finally, it will be fine after it changes into this shape. It is best to add some to noodles. How about some more porridge?
