Italian style peach noodles recipe

6. After the tomatoes are fried soft, pour in the tomato sauce that suits your taste, usually 3 to 4 spoons, mix well, then add appropriate amount of salt and sugar according to your taste, mix well, add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and boil over low heat. During the boiling process, add appropriate amount of longevity peach noodles to the pot. When adding them, do not rush to pick them up or press them down with chopsticks. Wait for them to soften naturally, then add salt and oil. Be sure to add oil, otherwise the noodles will clump together. Stir intermittently and cook for eight minutes, depending on the amount of noodles! But it must be cooked, you can try the taste below! Transfer back to the wok and cook until the tomatoes are cooked! When the soup turns red, taste the soup, add sugar, pepper and salt according to your taste and turn off the heat!

8. You can pour the soup on the noodles and then mix them, or you can put it in a wok and stir it quickly over high heat! Stir in the wok to make it more flavorful! !
