How to make yam cheese dumplings

1.1 Peel and crush into mud

8. Add boiling water to the glutinous rice flour, stir while pouring the boiling water, and cover it with wet cloth sugar for 1 hour after it becomes a smooth dough.

9. Take out the frozen filling, take a piece of dough, flatten it and wrap it up.

10. Freeze the wrapped glutinous rice balls if you can’t finish them

11. Pour boiling water into the pot and cook.
