Add half of the scallions that were fried in the scallion oil and half of the fresh scallions. 9. Make two cuts on both sides of the dough, and wrap both sides towards the middle, pressing down as you wrap. 10. The operation in the middle is the same as before, wrap it from left to right, then wrap it upwards, and finally it becomes a rectangular pancake. If it is not easy to use a rolling pin, press the pancake thinner with your hands. 11. Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides of the dough, brush a layer of scallion oil in the frying pan, put the dough in, press it down with your hands, and brush scallion oil on the side facing up. 12. After one side of the dough changes color, turn it over. Similarly, brush the upward side with scallion oil. Turn it over four times and it will be done. The Thousand Layer Cake is ready, take it out, cut it into pieces and you can eat it.
