How to make pork and chive pot stickers

1. Prepare all the ingredients (I chopped the pork the night before).

2. Add salt, peanut oil, soy sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce and appropriate amount of water to the chopped meat and stir for 5 minutes.

3. Dry the surface moisture of the chives and chop them into small pieces.

4. Add to the meat, mix well and season appropriately.

5. Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and add appropriate amount of filling.

6. Seal the mouth, but do not seal the two sides tightly.

7. Wrapped pot stickers.

8. Heat the pan, add oil, place the pot stickers one by one and start frying.

9. Use a bowl to add appropriate amount of ordinary flour and water to make a starchy sauce. When the bottom of the pot stickers is golden brown, pour it into the pot.

10. The flour should cover the bottom of the pot, and then add sesame seeds (I personally think that adding sesame seeds at this time will prevent them from falling to the ground when eating).

11. Cover and simmer until the water is dry, then sprinkle with chopped green onions.

12. Serve and pour some ketchup.
