How to make homemade fried rice noodles

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The homemade fried rice noodles introduced below are very suitable.

1. Wash the vegetables, dried tofu, bean sprouts, and pork.

2. Separate the fat and lean parts of the pork, and cut the fat into small pieces to make it easier to extract oil.

3. Heat the pan and add the fat, stir-fry it slightly and add some vegetable oil, which will make it easier to cook.

4. While the oil is boiling, cut the lean meat into slices, cut the dried tofu into strips, and chop the vegetables.

5. After the oil is boiled, you can keep the residue or serve it. Heat the pan, add the lean meat and stir-fry.

6. Add bean sprouts, dried tofu, and green vegetables and stir-fry

7. When it’s almost done, add salt and MSG, but not too much.

8. Since the pot is not big enough, serve on a plate first. The soup can remain in the pot.

9. Fill the vegetable basin with water, put the rice flour in and soak it until it becomes a little soft!

10. Heat up the pot, add the rice and soup, mix them, add some salt and MSG, and a few drops of soy sauce, use chopsticks to shake the rice and flour to color it, stir-fry with chopsticks and a spatula, just stir hard!

11. It’s out of the pot!

12. The rice noodles at the bottom of the pot are both crispy and fluffy, which is my favorite, haha!
