1.1 Add yeast water and spinach juice to flour and knead into dough. You can knead the dough by hand or in a bread machine. Knead into a smooth dough for about ten minutes. Cover with insurance film and ferment until it is twice as large.

2.2 Prepare the materials. After the spinach is blanched with boiling water, put it into a blender and blend it into juice. Add sugar and salt to the flour and mix evenly. Add the yeast to warm water and stir evenly. Let it stand for a few minutes.

3. Exhaust. Knead the dough again and use a rolling pin to press out the air on the surface of the dough, so that the surface of the dough will be smooth and free of bubbles. Roll into long strips, cut into equal portions, place on a plate and let rise for a final 25 minutes.

4. Steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes. Simmer for 5 minutes before opening the pot. A pot of beautiful green spinach juice steamed buns is ready.
