10. Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry, add soybean paste and Shaoxing wine to enhance the flavor, until the oil in the minced meat is fried out, then turn off the heat. Pour in the scrambled eggs and fried shredded carrots in turn and mix well to make the bun filling.

11. Knead the dough that has been proofed, cut it in half and observe the cross section of the dough.

12. If there are no small holes on the cut surface of the dough, it means that the alkali is suitable and it can be made.

13. The remaining dough can be used to make steamed buns and steamed buns. The finished buns need to be left to rest for 40 minutes.

14. After the water in the steamer boils, put the buns in and they will be cooked after 18 minutes of steaming.
