How to make Guokui

1. Dissolve yeast powder in warm water

2. Add flour and make dough

3. Place in a warm place and let it ferment until it doubles in size

5. After fermentation is complete, add dry flour and knead into a hard dough

6. Knead the fermented dough and the dead dough

7. Take half of the fermented dough and half of the unleavened dough and slice them

8. Turn on the electric dough press, put the dough in, add dry flour while pressing, until it is pressed into a flat and hard dough.

9. Press until the edge is flat and hard, then turn off the machine.

10. Fold the pressed dough and use a rolling pin to press the width of the dough to make it wider.

18. Turn over and simmer until golden brown
