How to cook garlic chives

Garlic sprouts are a very popular food nowadays. This is because garlic sprouts taste good and are easy to cook. Of course, they can also supplement some special nutrients for the human body. As a common food, garlic sprouts can be added to many ingredients when cooking. 1. Scrambled Eggs with Garlic Chives

Ingredients: garlic, eggs, soaked black fungus, green onions, salt, sugar, sesame oil

1. Wash and cut the garlic into sections, beat the eggs with a little salt, and wash and cut the black fungus into shreds.

2. Heat the oil in a wok, pour in the egg liquid, fry until cooked, then set aside.

3. Add a little more oil to the pan and heat it up and sauté the chopped green onions.

4. Then add the garlic sprouts and fungus and stir-fry.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt.

6. Add a little sugar.

7. Stir-fry evenly and pour in the fried eggs.

8. Drizzle with sesame oil.

9. Stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

2. Shredded Pork and Garlic

Ingredients: 200g onion, ginger, garlic sprouts, 100g lean pork, 50g two green peppers, 40g salad oil, 10g cooking wine, 1g MSG, 2g salt

1. Fresh garlic sprouts

2. Wash and cut the garlic into small pieces

3. Wash a piece of lean pork and remove the fascia

4. Cut the pork into strips

5. Remove the stems and seeds of two green peppers and wash them

6. Cut the washed green pepper into strips for later use

7. Heat the oil in a wok, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the shredded pork changes color, add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry again.

8. Add garlic and stir fry over high heat

9. Garlic sprouts are easy to cook. Stir-fry for a few times, then pour in the green pepper shreds, season, and stir-fry for a few more times over high heat.

10. The garlic-flavored fried pork shreds are ready to be served

3. Fried shrimp balls with garlic chives

Ingredients: garlic sprouts (100g), shrimp (750g), salt (appropriate amount), pepper (appropriate amount)

practice:

1. Wash the shrimps, peel and remove the shrimp threads, then marinate with pepper for 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell. Wash and cut the garlic into inch-long pieces.

2. Boil water in a pot and blanch the shrimps until they change color. (Take out the shrimps as soon as they change color, instead of putting them in hot water to cook)

3. Heat oil in a pan, add the shrimp balls and stir-fry until 80% cooked.

4. Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry quickly until they are cooked (this process should not be too long, otherwise the appearance and taste of the garlic sprouts will be affected).

5. Add salt to season, stir-fry evenly and serve.
