How to make Tangzhong bread

It is nice to eat at home usually and eat out occasionally to change the taste, but now some people do just the opposite, they always eat out usually and cook for themselves occasionally. In fact, this eating habit is very unhealthy. Tangzhong bread is simple to make, and you can make it at home even if you have limited time.

1. Make the soup. Mix 20g of noodles with 100g of water and cook until bubbles appear in the pot. Let it cool.

2. Mix the remaining flour, eggs, salt, sugar, yeast and tangzhong together to make a smooth dough. Put it in a warm place to ferment until the dough doubles in size.

3. Take out the dough, divide it into several small pieces and let it stand for 15 minutes. Wrap the mulberries in the mulberry wine in the dough as stuffing and put it in the baking tray. Continue to ferment in the oven until it doubles in size.

4. 80 degrees for 20 minutes
