How to make cabbage and peanut porridge

You often have friends coming to your house, but you always take them out to eat. Isn't this very impolite? What's more, it would be healthier if you could eat it at home. 1. Wash the rice and soak it in water overnight.

2.1 Soak the peanuts in water overnight in advance.

3.2 Put the soaked rice into a pot, add about 10 times the amount of water, boil it and then simmer it over low heat.

4.1 When the rice porridge is almost done, add the crushed peanuts and cook for ten minutes.

5.2 Put the soaked peanuts into the garlic mortar and crush them.

6. Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin pieces.

7. After the peanuts are cooked, add the chopped cabbage into the porridge and cook for three minutes.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well before turning off the heat and serving.
