How to make Cordyceps Pork Ribs

10. After the water in the pot boils, turn down the heat to keep the water slightly boiling, then pick up a long piece of noodle

11. Hold the right side with your left hand and pull it long and thin, tear off a small square of dough and throw it into the pot

12. Put the remaining long noodles into the pot and boil them over high heat. Then take them out and put them in cold water to cool them down.

13. Put the washed choy sum into the hot noodle soup until soft, then cool it down with cold water and remove it.

14. Take out the cooled pork ribs, shake off excess water and pour into the pork ribs soup pot, then add salt to taste

15. Cover the pot, add Chinese cabbage and chopped green onion and bring to a boil.
