How to make soy milk celery egg dumplings

15. Continue to pleat, pinch and close the opening, and a dumpling is ready.

16. Wrap all the dumplings in this way.

17. Bring water to a boil in a pot, put the dumplings in, and push them up with a spoon to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cover the pot, boil, add a little water and boil again. Do this three times and the dumplings will be cooked.

18. Chop the cilantro and red pepper and put them in a small bowl.

19. Crush the garlic and add to the bowl.

20. Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chili oil and a small amount of MSG.

21. Pour in appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir evenly, and the delicious dipping sauce is ready.

22. Put the dumplings into a bowl and serve with the tempting hot and sour dipping sauce. Delicious!
