The bowl should be slightly larger so that your hands have room to move when marinating the spareribs. 2. After marinating, put them in a tight box, cover with a tight lid, and put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.

2.12 Second, the actual operation: 1. Use a plate, spread dry corn starch, coat the ribs with a layer of powder, and then shake off the excess powder;

3.21 Put it into a 40% to 50% hot pan and fry;

7. Put the fried ribs, chopped onions and the sauce in a large pot, and stir with your hands until evenly mixed;

8. Use a baking tray, line it with tin foil, put the onions on the bottom first, and then put the ribs on top;

9. Cover the top tightly with tin foil;

10. Put the ribs into the preheated oven at 400F for 15 minutes. After baking, pick up the ribs. The onion is just for aroma and is basically not edible. It can also separate the ribs and prevent them from being stuck to the tin foil when heated, which is healthier.
