How to make Matcha Red Bean Cream Sandwich Cake Roll

15. Add a drop of white vinegar and a little sugar to the egg white and beat until foamy. Add condensed milk and mix well.

16. Pour the egg yolk solution into the egg white in three times, stir evenly each time before pouring it the second time. Do not stir clockwise, but turn it upside down.

17. Stir until it looks like the picture.

18. After mixing, pour into the baking pan and smooth it out.

19. Sprinkle the other half of the red beans.

20. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes.

21. After baking, take it out and place it on the chopping board.

22. Remove the tin foil while it is still hot, making sure the tin foil remains intact.

23. Spread a small amount of whipped cream with egg white on the bottom, spread blueberry jam in the middle, and spread a line of condensed milk on the top to facilitate bonding.

24. Roll it up from bottom to top.

25. Put the tin foil back.

26. Wrap it with tin foil, seal both ends, and let it cool.

27. Cut the food and place it on a plate. If you cannot finish it, refrigerate it.
