How to make Shanghai noodles

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. So below I will first introduce the cooking method of Shanghai Noodles with Soy Sauce.

1.Cut the pork belly into small cubes, add cooking wine and egg white and mix well.

2.1 Add the prepared sweet noodle sauce and soybean paste and stir-fry. Pour in half a bowl of water and stir well. Cook over low heat for about 3-4 minutes to make the sauce. When the sauce is slightly thick, it can be served. (I made it for one person, so if you make it for 3-4 people, you need to add more seasoning and cook the sauce for 10 minutes)

3.2 Put a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and diced pork belly and stir-fry quickly over low heat until fragrant. (Note: Be careful not to fry the minced garlic until it turns black, otherwise you may get diarrhea)

4. After the noodles are cooked, take them out. Serve with fried sauce and your favorite side dishes (blanched cucumber shreds, bean sprouts, carrot shreds)
