How to make mutton and radish stuffed buns

Only when we are in good health can we do what we want to do. Good health is not innate. We need to take good care of it and maintain it carefully in our daily life, especially paying attention to diet. The method of making mutton and radish stuffed buns is extremely simple and can be completed in a short time.

1. Prepare ingredients: mutton, radish, onion and ginger

2. Knead the dough with warm water. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise.

3. Wash the mutton and chop it into minced mutton

4. Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside

5. Put the peppercorns in a bowl and soak them in appropriate amount of boiling water.

6. Slice the white radish

7. Boil it in boiling water, drain it, cool it down and chop it into small pieces. Mix it with sesame oil first.

8. Prepare the filling: Add chopped scallion, ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, pepper, peppercorns, water, salt and MSG to the minced mutton and stir in one direction. After stirring vigorously, add in white radish and continue stirring until mixed well. The filling is ready.

9. After 40 minutes, the dough has risen. If it does not shrink when you press it with your hand, it is well risen.

10. Take a part of the dough, knead it and cut it into small pieces

11. Roll the dough into a thick middle and thin edge dough sheet

12. Start wrapping: Take a piece of dough and put appropriate amount of stuffing

13. Hold the dough with your left hand, and cross your right index finger and thumb to pinch the dough upwards.

14. A bun is wrapped

15. Wrap other buns in the same way.

16. Steam the dough after 20 minutes of proofing. Apply some oil on the steamer to prevent sticking.

17. Steam for 20 minutes after boiling, then turn off the heat. Cover the pot for 5 minutes and then lift the lid. The steaming and fragrant buns are ready.
