Beer Drunk Prawns

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make beer drunk prawns. Prepare the ingredients and start cooking.

1. Clean the crayfish with a brush

2. There are three tail fins on the tail of the crayfish. Gently break the middle one and pull out the shrimp intestine.

3. Add salt to clean water and put the washed crayfish in to soak the blood for about 10 minutes. Then remove from the water and drain.

4. Soak the bay leaf vanilla fruit in water at night

5. Cut the pepper in half and pat the ginger on the table.

6. Pour oil and turn off the heat after frying

7. After the oil temperature drops slightly, add the hot pot base and stir-fry

8. Add five spoons of Danxian Douban and stir-fry over medium heat until the oil turns red

9. Add all the prepared ingredients and fry until fragrant

10. Pour in the crayfish and stir fry evenly

11. Pour beer until it covers the crayfish, add 4 teaspoons of salt, cover and simmer over high heat.

12. Stir-fry until a small amount of soup is left and serve
