How to make strawberry mousse

A simple and easy-to-make dish is the first choice for workers. Strawberry mousse is a simple and easy dish to make. Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

1. Put a piece of cake at the bottom of the mold box.

2. Cut the strawberries in half and place them as shown in the picture.

3. Cut the gelatin into small pieces and soak them in ice water until soft. Remove and set aside. Weigh all the ingredients. Cut 200 grams of strawberries into pieces and blend them into strawberry puree using a food processor.

4. Add the strawberry puree to the softened gelatin sheets and heat and stir until completely melted. Let it cool for later use. No need to boil it.

5. Add sugar to whipped cream until 60% to 70% whipped, i.e. texture appears on the surface

6. Pour the cooled strawberry solution into the whipped cream and mix well.

7. Pour half of the batter, then put a piece of cake, cut off a circle of the cake, and pour the remaining batter.

8. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours, preferably overnight.

9. When demoulding, wrap the cake mold with a hot towel for one minute and put a cup underneath, as shown in the picture

10. You can start eating the finished decorative strawberries. If you are not afraid of trouble, you can make a mirror surface for a better look.

11. The strawberry mousse was cut into pieces and smelled delicious. My son ate a piece of it himself.
