How to make dry-wrapped wheat ears

As people's living conditions have improved, they have begun to pay attention to health preservation. However, many people have great misunderstandings about health preservation. Health preservation is not about taking health care medicine, or spending money on maintenance. Keeping in good health is a state of mind that requires you to start from the most basic aspects of life, such as diet. Well, now I will introduce how to cook the dish of dried wrapped wheat ears.

1. Clean the small wheat fish one by one (remove the gills, internal organs and scales), wash them and set aside.

2.1 Clean the marinated fish. It is best to wash out all the small ingredients inside, leaving only the marinated fish. Then add about 50 grams of cornmeal and stir well. (Make sure each piece of fish is evenly coated with cornmeal). Add a little chicken essence and a little salt so that the cornmeal will be more flavorful.

3.2 Pickling. Use 8 grams of salt, 50 peppercorns, 2 aniseed seeds, shredded ginger, dried chili peppers, and cooking wine. Marinate for several hours (half a day is best so that the flavor is better absorbed).

4. Put a little base oil in a frying pan, wait until the oil is half hot, then spread the wheat ears wrapped in cornmeal evenly in the pan. Do not put too much at a time, otherwise the fish will break easily. Fry one pound of pork in 2-3 batches. Then switch to medium-low heat and fry slowly until cooked. (Use chopsticks to gently turn the fish strips one by one to prevent them from breaking).

5. Slowly fry the fish over medium-low heat until the cornmeal on both sides of the fish turns golden brown and each piece of fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
