1. How to make sesame paste noodles : ① Dilute sesame paste with a little cooked oil, add appropriate amounts of salt, sugar, MSG, and oyster sauce, and mix well. ② After the water in the pot boils, put the noodles in and cook until cooked. After taking them out, rinse with cold water, drain and serve. ③ Add a little sesame oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together, then pour the sauce mixed in the first step over them.

2. How to make noodles with meat sauce at home : ① Cut carrots, mushrooms and lean meat into small pieces and chop them together; cook the noodles, rinse them with cold water, and set aside. ② Add corn starch, green onions, soy sauce, salt and barbecued pork sauce to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for 3 hours. ③ Heat up a pan with oil, add the marinated minced meat into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the noodles and stir-fry together. 4. How to make noodles with shredded chicken : ① Remove the heads and tails of the cowpeas, wash and cut into small pieces, blanch them in boiling salted water until cooked, remove and drain for later use; remove the tendons from the chicken breast and tear it into thin strips; add a little salt to the garlic and mash it into a paste. ② Heat the pan with cold oil, add the mashed garlic and stir-fry until fragrant; pour in the shredded chicken and stir-fry until it changes color; add the blanched cowpea, mix in the dark soy sauce, salt and chicken essence, mix well, and serve. ③ Boil water, add noodles, remove when cooked, add a little noodle soup to prevent noodles from sticking together; mix in fried shredded chicken and cowpea, add appropriate amount of chili oil, sprinkle with chopped green garlic and mix well.
