For example, hot dog rolls are very simple to make, which is very suitable for those who are busy and don’t want to compromise.

1. Pour water into the bread machine first, then put in high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, eggs, milk powder, sugar and salt diagonally, press a small hole, and place the yeast in the middle.

2. Knead the dough for one hour, as shown in the picture

3. Ferment for 60 minutes. If you are not fermenting in a bread machine, cover with a wet towel.

4. Take out the dough that has been fermented to twice its size, exhaust it, cut it into 8 equal parts, roll it into balls, cover with a wet towel and relax for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into a 15 cm long strip.

5. Spiral wrap sausage 3 or 4 times

6. Fix the dough at the head and tail and place them on a baking tray. Place them in a warm and humid place for final fermentation for about 40 minutes until the dough is 1.5 times larger.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, brush with egg liquid, and bake for 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
