How to make rice cooker yogurt cake

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white

3. Beat the egg yolk

4. Melt the butter in water

5. Add egg yolks to the melted butter and mix well.

6. Add yogurt to the egg yolk paste and mix well

7. Add sifted low flour

8. Stir well

9. Add one third of sugar to egg whites and beat until foamy

10. Add sugar twice and beat egg whites until hard

11. Take one-third of egg white and add it to the egg yolk and mix well.

12. Add all the egg whites to the egg yolk paste three times and mix well.

13. Put baking paper on the bottom of the rice cooker (put in several layers, I only put in two layers, the bottom is a little fuzzy)

14. Pour the mixed batter into the rice cooker and shake off the bubbles.

15. Press the cook button, it will jump to keep warm after about 3 to 5 minutes. After 20 minutes of keep warm, press the cook button again, it will jump to keep warm after about 1 minute, and continue to keep warm for 20 minutes. (Put a toothpick in the cake and it is done if there is no batter sticking to the toothpick)

16. Take out the cake and eat it while it is hot, but it tastes better after being refrigerated in the refrigerator for a few hours.
